Dear Parents,

Warm Greetings!

We thank you for choosing Delhi Public School to mould your child’s character and personality. We welcome you and your child to the DPS family. We wish to request your complete compliance and adherence to the following rules.

Selected candidates will have to submit the following documents along with Fees.

Original School leaving or Transfer Certificate/Record Sheet
Certified photocopy of marks sheet of previous exam.
Original Birth Certificate for the classes from Pre K.G to Grade 2

7 Photographs of the Student 1 photo of the parents and relation details.
Student will not be allowed to leave the school premises in the working hours except in emergency cases with the permission of the Principal.
Parents should contact the Principal if the child has any major health problem.
Fee is subjected to increase with/without prior notice every year.
Any kind of misconduct or misbehavior of the students will result termination from the school with or without intimation to the parents.
No Electronic Gadgets / valuable items / cash are allowed in the school premises.
The student will only be granted leave with prior application and proper reasoning from the parent / guardian
Being absent on school working days is discouraged. If your child is absent due to an emergency, you should fill the absence record in the Almanac stating the reason and only signed by Parent / Guardian.
Attending the 1st day of school after the vacations is compulsory. If any unavoidable absence from school is planned it must be sanctioned by the Principal well in advance.
Parents should not send their child to school if he/she is suffering from contagious diseases like conjunctivitis, chickenpox, mums, Swine Flu, etc., till he/she is certified by the doctor as “fit to attend the school and non infectious.”
The School fee should be paid in time as instructed by the management at the time of Admission. If not, the child will not be allowed to attend the school.
The students of Nursery to 5th standard will only be sent along with the person who holds the Parent ID Card.
The student should be picked within 20 minutes from the time the school ends from the Security point.
Please ensure that your child’s hair is cut once a week. The boy’s hair should always be short. There will be an inspection of the same on every Monday.
Parents should send the children with full uniform every day.
The Parents should check the Almanac everyday and make the students to complete the Home work and sign in the column of Parent’s signature.
The management expects a maximum cooperation in the child’s education.
Please ensure that the lunch provide to your child is nutritious and does not contain any processed foods like potato chips, wafers, fried snacks etc.
The parents should maintain Healthy and Educational environment in the home and should not allow the children to watch the TV more than an hour.
It is compulsory for students as well as parents to obey all the rules of the school and they may be amended from time to time.
